Sales proposals are slow, inconsistent and tricky to collaborate on. I co-founded Estimo to fix that, owning everything from concept definition through to market launch and beyond.
“As a Project Manager, Estimo made it so much easier to build estimates and review them with my team. I got hours back every week, and the whole process felt collaborative rather than a chore.”
B2B teams were losing hours to proposals that were built from scratch, lived in email threads, and offered no way to track whether the work sold matched what was actually delivered.
Proposal creation was fragmented: Word documents, disconnected PDFs, inconsistent pricing, no reuse of previous work, and no real-time visibility for the team. Once a proposal was signed, the link between the sold budget and actual project costs disappeared entirely. There was no good tool for agencies and service businesses that needed to move fast, maintain quality, and keep projects financially on track.
Build the tool the market was missing, and own every layer of it.
As co-founder, I led the product from initial concept through to market launch, working closely with engineers and investors across every stage. The core of Estimo is a collaborative proposal builder with reusable templates, shared content libraries, real-time co-editing, and a full changelog. A budget tracker extends the platform beyond the sale, letting teams track sold values against actual project costs through native integrations with Atlassian Jira and Harvest. The whole product was built mobile-first, with live activity feeds and notifications keeping distributed teams aligned.
A product that has stayed in market and kept attracting customers for over a decade.
Estimo continues to generate sign-ups and paying customers, validating the core proposition that service businesses need a better way to build, collaborate on, and track proposals. The Jira and Harvest integrations connect the sales process directly to delivery, closing a gap that generic proposal tools do not address.

If I started Estimo today, it wouldn't need a founding team to get to market.
Estimo took a founder, a design partner and an engineering team to get from idea to a market-ready proposal and budget-tracking platform. Today I'd build it end to end myself — proposal builder, real-time collaboration, budget tracking — designed, developed and shipped by one pair of hands. That does more than move faster: when the same person carries a product from concept to production, every design decision arrives in the finished product exactly as intended.
