Okadoc needed a full overhaul across web, mobile, app and white-label products, serving patients, providers, insurers, pharmacies and governments. The UX was poor, trust signals were weak, and the product team lacked the structure to support rapid growth. Fixing the platform and scaling the team had to happen in parallel.

Starting from a detailed hands-on audit, I led the redesign of the patient-side, provider-side and white-label products end to end, establishing a design system for each. In parallel, I built a 20+ person Product team, to work with a 50+ Tech team. New product rituals, async working practices and a cross-functional operating model gave the team the foundations to scale.

The overhaul delivered a 14x improvement in booking conversion and 8x growth in booking volume, with recurring revenue increasing fivefold. A 75% improvement in page speed reduced drop-off at the most critical point in the funnel.
