The Brokerage is a broker-first members club in Dubai's competitive real estate market. They needed a digital platform that reflected a premium, editorial experience while still delivering real-time property search across sales, rentals and commercial spaces, integrated live with their property management system. The marketing team also needed full content autonomy over broker profiles, area guides and site content, with no developer dependency and no delays.

I started with a product workshop to establish the broker-first platform philosophy, then moved through information architecture, wireframing and UI design before building on a headless Next.js and Strapi stack. Property listings flow in real time from Goyzer, processed and cached for performance and scale. The marketing team controls all content through the CMS. The delivered platform covers advanced property search with eight filter types, multi-currency display across four currencies, broker profiles with reviews and a commission calculator, area guides, and a full broker membership application flow.

The Brokerage launched with a 98% Pagespeed score, serving over 100 properties across sale, rental and commercial categories.
